Baked Apple Chips with Cinnamon

Why seniors love them: Naturally sweet, gently crispy, and easy to chew when sliced thin.
Ingredients:
1 apple (such as Granny Smith or Fuji)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: a light drizzle of maple syrup or honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 175 °C (≈350 °F).
Thinly slice the apple.
Lightly coat with cinnamon (and maple syrup if using).
Arrange slices on a baking sheet and bake for 30–50 minutes until edges are crisp. Let cool.
